December, a window of opportunity for the no bridge

Louis Sturniolo

On December over a thousand protesters, challenged the first real cold night of the year, marched through the streets of Torre Faro, the town that would be upset by the installation of the pier side of the Messina Strait Bridge, in order to submit resources intended for the mega public works are used for the safety of the area and to remember, two months after the tragic event, the deaths caused by landslides that have affected the countries of the area south of Messina. E 'Thus began the long December of the movement against the bridge.

The choice of the executive to confirm the aftermath of landslides, the construction of the bridge as a strategic objective and, indeed, set in December 23 the date of commencement of construction by editing a short stretch of railway line in front of the train station Cannitello-Villa San Giovanni has also been a spurt in pathways for the mobilization of the movement for many years now been fighting against the monster Strait. Thus, an intervention (what, exactly, should be starting December 23) in itself, obviously, not very significant from the point of view to the completion of the building of cross ends up taking a very considerable symbolic value as a function of how is played by the premier. For Berlusconi, and all the Ambaradan media which normally 'corollary to every initiative that will be the start of construction of the bridge over the Strait and will therefore be impossible to avoid the confrontation, challenge, as articulated and justified the arguments may appear in its true dimensions that define modification of that stretch of railway. For the prime minister that will be the foundation stone, this is the figure of that day for the media, this can only be for the movement, though, or his exclusion from the contest.

Moreover, the work of change for that stretch of railway open throughout the game works and side payments, now redefined in terms of operations ready (enough to make merit to the further Ciucci a Commissioner prior to the works of the Bridge), which are the real business of the moment. On these, in fact, are focusing on the desires of the business (more or less clean), politics, professional associations. Many are beginning to think that maybe the money will really come. And then the bridge becomes an opportunity to generate cash flows for branded bridge works (roads, bridges, harbors, a new station in the city center, the landfill in the hills of a city already fragile from the hydrogeological point of view, by some compensatory as a gift), works which become bi-partisan, for which the work, increasingly in the background, eventually vanish.

For these reasons, the month of December becomes one of those windows of opportunity Gianni Piazza, a sociologist and scholar of spatial movement, has described to us several times (the last time during the presentation of the book How global issues become local , published by Terrelibere.org, in the square outside the CPO Experia Catania violently evicted by the police) as particularly significant moments, in which occurs a process of thickening of the events and in which, somehow, will play a significant part of the future of the struggle, certainly the legitimacy of its continuation.

It is for these reasons that the presentation of the parade on 19 December, held at the Hall Workers of Villa San Giovanni a few days ago, was so full of hopes and enthusiasm . That assembly was full awareness that that day does not take place in a general no, but a long series of local disputes (those of the sea of commuters, the flood, the ships of poisons, reclamation territories, students ...), proximity to required infrastructure to help citizens articulate demand for grass-roots participation, autonomy, self-organization. E ', in fact, already long list of subscriptions (which are updated daily on the site www.retenoponte.it ) by the "Christmas De Grazia, Amantea, who for years pursuing the truth on the ships of poisons to committees that Crotone
struggle for the remediation of sites contaminated by the committees of the School of Precarious workers at Fiat's Termini Imerese in Messina committees of flood victims to come to these parties, trade unions and associations that have always been involved in protests and committees working on the themes of water, waste, power plant. Be noted, moreover, membership of the Region of Calabria, the Stretto di Messina SpA, which holds 2.6% stake and from which the Network No Ponte asked to leave.

short, December 19 will be a day dedicated to the fight against the bridge and the environmental devastation. Already 9 am a huge soundsytem weblog Dubass wait demonstrators who gather at Piazza Valsesia, from where the procession will pass through the town and then villes Cannitello reach. Here, where they would like to raise the mast Calabrian the Network Bridge No instead will set up a stage on which, throughout the afternoon and evening, alternating with "Artists against the bridge" assistance from the local committees that have joined the event.

From the way the movement will come out this December will go well for the future of the battle.

The fight against terrorism of the Italian Cooperation e USA in Africa

di Antonio Mazzeo

Delegazione di altissimo livello quella giunta a Gaò, Mali, per la cerimonia conclusiva dell’inedita “missione umanitaria” Ridare la luce 2009 , organizzata dall’Associazione Fatebenefratelli per i Malati Lontani (AFMAL) congiuntamente al Ministero Affari Esteri (MAE), all’Istituto Superiore of Health, the Italian Army and Air Force, and the sponsorship of Alenia Aeronautica (Finmeccanica group), a manufacturer of fighter jets and military transport aircraft. Among the participants there are in fact the Chief of Defence Staff, General Vincenzo Camporini, the head of the Directorate General for Development Cooperation Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Elisabetta Belloni, the Air Force Chief of Staff, General Daniele Tei and Chief of Medical Corps of the AMI, General Ottavio Sarlo. Almost a consecration of the new model of "development cooperation" that the Italian Government intends to implement over the next years, substantial cuts to public funds, use of contributions from employers and private industries, NGOs and voluntary associations replaced by universities and research institutes; fewer projects in the medium-and long-term priority for emergency interventions in geographical areas interest for the national economy. All possible direct, coordinated and implemented by task force of soldiers and civilians, playing on a smaller scale than the United States of America are developing in Africa through a partnership between AFRICOM (the command of the armed forces for operations in Africa) and USAID, the Agency for Development Assistance.

and Director General for Cooperation in the hospital wanted to meet Gao military doctors and nurses in public hospitals and private clinics and Italians who "have performed about 600 operations of cataract and other surgeries, making also "specific courses for local physicians on the techniques of emergency cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and use of new surgical techniques in abdominal and laparoscopic surgery." As explained dall'addetto release of the Ministry of Defence, is part of the training "was directed particularly to the young Italian military doctors, they go to the advanced course in medicina aeronautica e spaziale, sulle patologie tipiche delle zone altamente disagiate e tropicali”.

Today is the theme of in-depth courses for officers from Africa Command AFRICOM organization with more frequency across the continent.

"The common goal of cooperation between our armed forces and those of the United States of America is to fight terrorism," said Gen. Gabriel Poudiougou, Air Force Chief of Staff of Mali , during his recent visit to Bamako Mike Callan, vice-commander of U.S. Air Force Africa. "A closer relationship will allow us to build a better policy framework to combat terrorism at all levels, local and international," he Poudiougou added. Two months ago the Department of Defense, AFRICOM and Malian armed forces have given to tactical aircraft, terrain, communications equipment and various weapons. "They have a value of $ 5 million and allow the security forces of Mali to move, run transport and communicate in the most rugged and desert," said the spokesman of the U.S. Embassy in Bamako. "Washington is always ready to meet the needs of our Malian friends and all our allies in West Africa in the fight against the armed militias, including al Qaeda, which are active in the northern regions.

After attack armed organization Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) the border between Mali and Niger in July, in which 28 soldiers have died Mali, the local government has declared "total war" with radical Islamic organizations. In an "anti-terrorist" was also the attempted rapprochement with the Tuareg rebel groups fighting for recognition of the autonomy and cultural identity. In this effort to regain the territory and popular support in the regions of sub-Saharan Africa, Bamako has assistance unconditionally Washington. It was started, in particular, to an infrastructure plan funded by USAID and coordinated and Command AFRICOM in Stuttgart and he sees the men on the field work of the U.S. Army Engineers. Are currently being implemented 44 projects in remote regions of Mali and Niger: This is the construction of 32 water wells, seven schools, two health posts and two small "seed banks", the total cost of 1.7 million dollars. "These projects will benefit the inhabitants, the nomadic Tuareg and Wodaabe," said Darrell Cullins, project manager in the Europe Africa District U.S. Army Corps of Engineering. To "promote economic freedom and invest in human capital, Mali has been incorporated by the State Department between the countries of so-called "Millennium Challenge Account", the plan for "reducing poverty and promoting economic growth," launched in 2004. There will be presentations for 461 million dollars, aimed in particular irrigation of an area of 15,000 hectares for rice production and installation of equipment in the international airport in Bamako for the transfer of goods to market esters. Alongside the development of monocultures for export, USAID is encouraging "policy easing in the economy, promoting the privatization programs of services and the dismantling of many large State-owned enterprises.

Washington's intervention will not stop, however, to sub-Saharan regions. "For the future work on the continent - added Darrell Cullin - the U.S. Army signed a enginners Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) comprising design and construction works and maintenance of infrastructure and services to the people Africa, which is expected to spend 14.8 million dollars by September 2011. The MATOC will operate mainly in Niger, Chad, Mali, Senegal, Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia, Gabon, Ghana, Nigeria and Liberia, with the cooperation of military personnel in the Horn of Africa and the U.S. Navy. " Cooperation, therefore, increasingly armed and militarized.

List Of Punjabi Sabzi

Ten Theses

What is the fundamental difference of these two forms of capitalism?
Fourth argument: capitalism in the moderate version is based on a balance of aggregate demand that requires a high level of household consumption made possible by the current income from employment (wages, salaries or pensions) is sufficiently high, a high level of private investment companies justified by expectations of a fair profit and need to adjust production capacity to the desired level of consumption and an appropriate amount of government spending on physical infrastructure, knowledge creation and provision of essential services to the community. The basis of this model there is an overall balance of ricchezza dei cittadini e del reddito fra redditi da lavoro e redditi da capitale, ripartizione equilibrata che è nello stesso tempo causa ed effetto dell’equilibrio descritto.
Eighth thesis: a short-term support to aggregate demand can only come from artificial support measures to the application: so from one-off support to low income, from one-off support to the productive enterprises in financial difficulty, by a massive injection of government spending a off in tangible and intangible infrastructure designed to maximize the capacity of the system within a framework of sustainable development.
Ninth thesis: while these necessary steps Keynesian rivelebbero is also paradoxically ineffective unless combined with resolute action in the direction of the greedy paradigm shift from capitalism to capitalism moderate.
Tenth thesis: only a rebalancing structural distribution of income and wealth will allow a permanent increase in consumption and private investment and sustainable development in line with the budget balances.

The new curriculum in institutions and organizations for cooperation

This year, during the month of September, just as raging the exam session, I focused to look at the guidance of faculty. Looking for the courses that await me in this third year I discover that hardly anyone matches what I remember!
Do not panic, we ponder. The warning "In the academic year 2009/2010 is on the first year of the course," he clarifies the ideas. My curriculum has just been changed and many courses are not as I remembered them. If I had read carefully the guidance of faculty would have noticed that the book is change in the name of the curriculum. My idealistic "Cooperation, Development and Peace" has become a more professional and pragmatic "Institutions and organizations for cooperation." No more development, then? And we make peace?
The first year has remained the same. The first 60 credits of academic life of a student of politics are always the same: a smattering of economics, sociology and political science. Feature of the curriculum is cultural anthropology: an inviting journey into cultural differences.
The second year, however, change. An examination of 5 credits to be chosen from a long list of students the chance to characterize its curriculum. Become binding International Protection of Human Rights later in the third year, another optional course in international law. Now I understand why the change of title is not just a change of form but of substance!
the third year, will reduce the choices between economies, but it confirms the list of courses. Finally it explains why a curriculum to be filled! To be more free to choose courses will certainly be a benefit to everyone.
Unfortunately I have to stop dreaming and remind me that I must try not to look at my resume and that of others! The only way I now know what courses are waiting for me is to try driving on the old site of the faculty.
Now I just hope that everyone will read the warning, and no action to take courses following the new curriculum ...

Wet Days Before Period?

ECONOMY AND THE REVOLUTION BODEGA

All or almost all students of Economics, is have questioned or have been involved, the choices of the new dean Bodega. The university campaign is over. This is the time to do serious analysis on the changes as discussed by the students.
should start by saying that we absolutely do not intend to be candidate as a force of pure conservation, but on the contrary we intend to discuss the merits of the measures and support any initiative that is aimed at improving the University and will promote the students.
First, consistent with what was said last April, now need a better education, a merit-selection of students and improvement of the ancillary services of the university.
It is building something he considers these elements. We can only appreciate the change of plans of study leading to a real differentiation between the different curricula. While in the past between those who did marketing and management, there was no real differentiation today. In addition, he had given some basic examinations required for the formation of a student of economics is good thing, but something that we think negative, compared to those who have registered in the past, is that it has greatly reduced the opportunity to select courses from follow (the famous GDE). Have a plan of study that it complies with the specific interests of the student is important.
Of all the changes, as is discussed reducing the number of appeals. Maybe there were too many, and perhaps had spread the "fashion" of the 'let's examine groped "we can not but observe that (3 +1 +1) is wrong, does not encourage students to stay in synch with the examinations, but instead opens the door to the outside course. We wonder a) why were reduced by three appeals, two were not enough? And b) because it has not adopted such a formula (2 +2 +1), because I challenge you to find students who are able to keep up with so few appeals and matters more difficult than before. A speech of this kind with the student representatives is right to do so. We also ask why there is little clarity in conveying the content and the reasons for this reform. You often come across the wrong information and even less rare is the possibility that the professors give contradictory and wrong, especially for students of second and subsequent years. When asked, a professor who teaches a subject of the third year, the validity for its students of such changes, the answer was "Yes for you is the reduction of appeals and also the leap," is utterly wrong. Why so much misinformation and lack of clarity?? Many are still in doubt.
Sarebbe uno strumento utile, e mi rivolgo a tutti i gruppi studenteschi dell’università Cattolica, se si costituisse un tavolo, consultivo, in cui ci si confronta on the different proposals and try to do even ideas from those who have been excluded from the institutional representatives. It would be a great test of maturity and a greater incentive to work for the university and to involve as many students as possible. Might be an idea to organize, for example, call an assembly where all students to face the Bodega Head to understand and discuss the reforms that need the power, because a widely accepted way and not simply imposed from above leads to greater satisfaction and achievement of real goals.

Birthday Ecards For Son With Car

Barack Obama for the Nobel peace prize to hope.

December 10, Oslo: these are the date and place fixed for the ceremony of the Nobel Peace Prize of 2009, assigned to the President of the United States of America, Barack Obama. A decision taken unanimously by the Norwegian Nobel Committee (the Nobel Peace Prize is the only one not to be decided and delivered in Stockholm), who has chosen to reward the U.S. president "for his extraordinary efforts in support of international diplomacy and cooperation among peoples. " A resolution, however, that has also sparked a lively debate in political and social life. Reactions were varied, and certainly this appointment has caused a general climate surprised, indignant or which is nice.
In fact can hardly be considered a merit award of shares of the highest standing in history. Even Gandhi has ever received (for this reason it was nicknamed "The Missing Laureate"), while more time nominee and although it certainly accomplished something far beyond anything that the American president has done this in the first months in office. Obama has certainly, as the Nobel Prize committee, "created a new climate in international politics, favoring series of environmental initiatives and global nuclear disarmament, but the great challenges that await him have yet to begin. The same Nobel Prize-elect said in a press conference following the news, "not deserve to be safe," even though she was "honored." As regards the recognition of a million and half dollars, the White House spokesman announced that the entire sum will be donated to charities not specified.
One wonders, then, why this vote. "Rarely has a person like Obama has captured the attention of the world and gave his people hope for a better future," says the Committee on nobelprize.org in the statement of 9 October. Precisely for this reason he was awarded a prize like this: an honor to ventata di ottimismo e fiducia che la sua elezione ha diffuso in tutto il mondo.

Age Of Empires Rise Of Rome

courses on memory

This article aims to answer some questions, the most basic and immediate to those who, not having them popular, wants to understand a bit 'more and maybe get a better idea of what these courses. The first.
is some kind of scam?
In fact, the most trivial question because the method of the "flyer" is very similar to the type of canvassing, the kind in which to sell the product but it does not matter as the sale, however, further analysis is my to say no, there are good reasons to believe that the service has given utilities, and more consequential question here is:
What? That is: these storage methods that we propose are really effective? And most applicable?
Yes, I am. The methods of storage are not born overnight, our first evidence of mnemonics we can make them goes back to Simonides, greek poet, and in general the beginning of rhetoric as an art of speaking in which knowing how to store the conversations as fundamental part of this. Hence the mnemonics that have evolved through the study of great people from less illustrious Ramon Llull, Pico della Mirandola and passing up to the Giordano Bruno Gianni Golfera that our contemporary reading of the book by Bruno 's' shadow of ideas "is to begin his career, described the man in the world with more memory, able to quote from memory 261 books from beginning to end both the first and last! A proud man in the world with more memory is a little Italian 'in Italy unless it is so little known. The point is that all these people find the mnemonics not only applicable but applicable to all. We come to the most important part: What are these
mnemonics?
The truth is only one principle in which it serves the entire methodology. The speech is simple, he uses only a very small percentage of his brain, a brain that thinks in particular per immagini e per associazioni.
Come funzionano esattamente?
Il corso teaches precisely this kind of techniques and more, is specifically organized for students, even more so for those students. In addition to simply memorizing talking about how to do long term, how to organize study plans, mind maps and quick read, very useful to read at speeds much higher than normal without losing the contents learned (although some studies disagree on this point). The course has as its basic concept, and to some extent true, the idea that the worst obstacles are those who for one reason or another, we place ourselves alone. This arises when we use one part of the brain or when we get used to read letter by letter when to watch is more productive to use the photographic memory (you'll also remind you that you have not read it but remember where you read it exactly in the section of the book where it says) but also in more mundane factors like our town to ask address the problems. For this reason the course is specifically parts motivational research or systems that also in terms of emotional perform better, and it is no coincidence that it has left many happy just because it is capable of hitting emotionally.
But there are drawbacks in this course?
Obviously yes. First, the price is around € thousand. Is it because there are no particular competitors specialized in that field or because in addition to the course is associated with a tutoring service that can follow after the course, the fact remains that the price is too high.
Once you master the techniques you can then keep them in use even after a long time?
This is actually the backbone of the whole problem. While it is easy to learn the techniques, go home and know how to use is another thing. From the practical point of view it would not be anything difficult, but it is obvious that each person is independent, with different rhythms of life and circumstances, and therefore the transition = current results is certainly not immediate. If you decide to attend a couple of these steps can be: privilege time after learning to automate recordings and especially not wanting to do everything at once, to take effect only a few techniques and reserve the other at a later date. So much for those who want the course is rifrequentabile at no cost.
I was paid to write this article?
No, of course I'm kidding but if you want further details, here are some links of interest:

solve this issue once and for all. For a number of reasons not to late to explain, it is vital that a student like you, novice with the principal internship experience in the cruel world of work, has first right word with the correct approach called into question. STAGE, in fact. I am a nervous
salt indescribable, when I hear guys, but unfortunately, teachers and well-known faces who talk nonsense in the box evil (tivvù) pronounce words borrowed from other languages, deliberately and recklessly incorrectly. We live in the years dell'inglesizzazione lexical terminology of globalization, in the years when students from around the world invest in their own culture, travel, meet world, learning different languages ... But here in Italy a curious thing happens: we inculcate every day English words or French but wrong. With an automatic consequence, unfortunately: it becomes even more difficult to get rid of those words wrong in the brain rather than just learn the right way. But you just carry a few examples. How many times have you heard "INFORMATION", or "Infos" or information. Well. It is wrong because there is no plural. It says "Information", or short version, "Info." Or how many times a day you will hear in the news or the talk of your friends who study it, the word "Management", so strongly emphasizing the decision on a second?
is not correct, because the correct pronunciation is with an emphasis on a. first Now you will say, I'm crap, trifles, trifles ... Mica too, replies. Why in the early interviews, though obviously you need to take experience abroad, it is important to be precise about these basic words, often plus you define. But let's go, I am convinced that you need a lot.
STAGE. Tell
a bit 'out loud. Here, as you've given? English?
ZUCCONI!
Once and for all I assure you that is a French word, as is also indicated on our dictionary. And then be delivered by the French, with a nice "g" soft and sensual. Who says stage as if it were una parola di natura inglese sbaglia, e verrà sicuramente ripreso se per caso durante un colloquio dirà: “I really would like to get this stage…”.

How Long For Omeprazole To Work

BE ITALIAN AND LIVING ABROAD WITH BERLUSCONI

Noi italiani sappiamo bene che la vera mafia e’ quella impersonata Provenzano holed up like a mouse who lived 35 years in a dingy hole in the ground and feeds on that every now and his men brought him ... Other than the villas, women, cars and yachts Vito Andolini good!

Mafia aside, still survives the strong rise of the Italian town of La Dolce Vita "spaghetti, pizza and mandolin at a glance which expresses the idea that Italians are accustomed to the good life, good food, fun and, by contrast, are lazy, lazy and not driven to work, they are very reliable, which often try to get by with minimal effort. Normal 'and' that when an Italian abroad say a time, to be automatically called for "real-time Italian time ago?" which means exactly what the allegations are not credible in the eyes of an Italian of an alien ... Another alleged consequence

Italianness 'and' the fact that the eyes of others, we were all born in the Peninsula, breathe, eat and live exclusively for football. One of the first questions you will be directed abroad, '"Which football team?" And if one dared to say that football is not interested, the general reaction would be amazing! Personally, I like football and this situation causes me discomfort, unlike the cases can be considered very irritating if not offensive.

Then, as is clear to all, Italians abroad must endure a series of platitudes, sometimes very unpleasant, which often do not belong. In everything 'and is' added another previously unknown problem: the' anomaly Berlusconi.

Never before has a Prime Minister (democratically elected) and 'could become so ridiculous in the eyes of world public opinion as the current one. No matter the extraction of the interlocutor foreign policy, liberal or conservative, Republican or Democrat, socialist or popular for all to see Berlusconi is the anomaly incomprehensible for a country's long democratic tradition, among the most 'richest in the world, a G8 member and founder of the Union. The demand for more 'applicant' and 'if indeed the Italians have voted for 5 times and the phrase' often accompanied by the application if he had stolen the election 'cause in the eyes of a stranger would almost be more plausible to believe rather than fraud a real choice of the Italian people. And here, I regret to admit, I would give some relief (if only I would reduce the 'embarrassed) to say that the fact the elections were stolen and that the Italians would never have elected (and reelected) a Premier like this or that at least err humanum est sed persevere Diabolicum. But 'the harsh and cruel reality' and that I am forced to admit 'that the Italians want Berlusconi, I have always wanted and have always voted by a large majority!
I leave you to understand what may be the next foreign interlocutor comments ...

It 's not need a vivid imagination to understand the dismay of a citizen when informed of stradominio Berlusconi's media, that is by far the richest man in the country that is a defendant in dozens of trials (including trials for mafia) and the fact that, rather than defend themselves in court, use the legislative power of Parliament to his personal use and consumption that it is established the guilt of his closest collaborators, that is promoted as a staunch defender of the family despite being divorced twice, and do habitual use of prostitutes (which I absolutely do not care, but 'average Catholic voter in theory ...); the fact that his endless series of gaffes with foreign leaders is dragging us into the ridiculous, the fact that the utterances of some members of his government give rise to accusations of racism on the part of international bodies, and so is could go on all pages of ink ...
I said, therefore, that normal, 'the wonder of the average European citizen. But what was not yet ready to face instead was taken into around by nationals of countries which, in theory, should be well below the scale of our development and democracy ... The anomaly Berlusconi, as well as being clearly unacceptable in developed countries, is becoming questionable in any country in the developing world and even those not fully democratic.
and I 'happened to hear me say that in Malaysia "here we would never be possible to have someone like Berlusconi to power," a Thai reminded me that the local telecommunications tycoon (nb: Thaksin Shinawatra) and' was laid to acclaim when it became clear that only defended its interests (and here the comparison and 'quite apt I think many Indonesians ...); I maintained that even in the days of dictator Suharto was formally awarded to the Prime Minister to own television stations, and so on ...

But we, you know ', we are Italians!

We like to watch the game with the cap on his head while eating a nice plate of spaghetti with Tarantella background during working hours, so the fact that we continue to elect a man who makes us ridiculous in the eyes of all non- it arouses indignation they concern MOST IT 'is apostrophe as "have you seen that have combined the Italians?" is underlined with a fat laugh, a few jokes and disparaging another link in the chain of sites common on Italian ...

It 's hard ... It 's really hard, I guarantee!

Repeating Numbers On Roulette

The classroom is not ... NEW SCHEDULE

the attention of the Directorate of Headquarters,

On October 26 we were notified of the decision to change direction at the allocation of classrooms for the first two classrooms for Community Groups Antagonist Valley and Action University the two groups as well as past elections have been awarded academic representatives, Formica's Democratic Movement Universitario Padano.
Today, November 9, this decision has not yet been made operational. The group Action University "occupy" the room that should have left ten days ago is not giving the opportunity for other groups to have the space that has been recognized.
The problem that we find as a group recognized, well before the lack of a space in which to conduct business, is the total lack of respect for the rules that the group Action University has shown. Among the groups there have always been good relations based on mutual respect of the activities of others and authorities of the University. This respect has failed and we ask that the Office of Management should take steps to do so.
If you tolerate the decisions of the Executive Office of the groups are not observed can damage the relations which have developed in these years and, most importantly, it legitimizes the choice not to comply with the rules of the university. Respect for the rules of the university is crucial because the activities of the Group are a chance for interested students and not an attempt to find political power.
We also wish to stress that the intervention of outsiders, be they politicians or students of other universities, should not be tolerated. The University is an institution that should not be "contaminated" by external balances, the existence of student groups is not and should not be representative of external balance but must offer students who want to engage in activities or go to meetings organized by other students.
ask the Department of Home to enforce its decisions as soon as possible not in any way legitimize the current anarchy.
look forward to a prompt response and renew our appreciation for the activities and choices of direction at.

political confusion

Never heard the phrase: "After all politicians are all alike? Sentence is not entirely foreign to the newspaper and hear his good reasons to come. In fact if you hear the news that the allegations of political coming out here on that other investigations, allegations as allegations in the 2006 elections when they wanted to know who had made electoral fraud. There have been serious? And above all: Who made them? The thing was simply forgotten. And if you happen to see a political debate will be even clearer, surely someone will see that instead of answering a question with arguments e ragionamenti incomincerà a dire (o gridare): “E perché? Voi non avete fatto la stessa cosa?” evitando di dimostrare di essere superiore all’altra parte ma affermando di essere tali e quali. Ho consciamente tirato fuori un altro argomento: la tv.
Parlando di tv, vi è mai capitato di guardare un po’ di telegiornali e di concludere per sentito dire o per osservazioni personali: questo è di destra, questo è di sinistra? Così è naturale che ci si chieda: e per l’imparzialità? Come si fa? Compri la parabola! Compro la parabola. Nel telegiornale il tempo è più o meno così suddiviso: 15 minuti dedicati alle opinioni dei rappresentanti del governo, 1 minuti di replica opposition, another 15 minutes about what the government has to say about the performances of the opposition. Impartiality? Not always so.
Basically I hope you also know that there is a big difference whether the news is about a politician explaining his thought in the third person: "Mr. ... said ..." or whether it opens the link where it does not just talk in person, by creating a direct visual contact, but also exposing themselves over time it needs to be understood. I will reveal a secret: the political support goes mainly for the identification, ie in identifying people and opinions in specific. You would think: "Certainly what has replicated for one minute could be right, but frankly told me that other face to face, he made a full speech, he said many things, I see it more on television and sum up: I am most familiar. Even better then if I send mail for the beautiful pictures of him and his children, shows to be a good person, smiles and laughs with his children ... even better if he also tells a good joke that Starmie can not even funny! Mica I know nothing about him, deep down I just have to vote. " A goal
perhaps that of mass media do not really want a listener can understand and judge the information, and then you give them a hand, maybe trying to confuse giving a very large quantity of information but little depth and insecure, uncertain with news, fact and unfortunately, the journalists do not want (or can not) say "too much".
I know I'm confusing but it's all planned. Returning to the first: you never understood what the programs of the PD and the PDL? And because of PD and PDL there is only one L of a difference? The goal seems to double, meaning designed for two types of people: the first are those who try to understand what happens and make a decision. To them he was sent this message: that the right and left are equal, if they want to deepen the conversation will be difficult, because information can be found in front opposite and in some cases as the fake Gelmini that says there will be full time when there is no mathematical number of hours paid to do it or how the Russian accusation that the Left had rejected the referendum proposed by the parliamentary right to reduce (when did it happen?). False and real news, the voter is forced to give reasons based on their political preferences and not a discourse shared between projects and background information. And the Knight in all of this what does it do? Worsening the situation, I think. Have you ever wondered why one day he says one thing, the day after the denial? It may seem a bit 'undecided, you say. Too. The goal is another: he wants to show that it can saying one thing and can say the opposite thing and this is not the thing that matters. People may ask: "what is the position of Berlusconi on ...?" The answer is: "Ah, I do not know, but it looks good! I applaud all. " Which brings us to the second kind of people, those not careful, the voters who are more sympathetic, not looking but look what he said Berlusconi, the support person, not political ideas. His attitude just want to get this kind of result he contradicts himself and says, so what we are talking about is ridiculous, people are starting to not keep up, to be passive in its statements. It becomes important to the discourse politically, but the person, the emotional effect, its successes. Lately
then the matter gets even more complicated and I'm talking about him: "The separation from his wife" "We are not half the personal affairs", "Yes the candidates for the European Tissue," "Do not go to birthday but children must be that of an eighteen year old, "but then we learn more" The current eighteen Berlusconi attended, then he was a minor at the time! "denies Berlusconi, the former boyfriend confirms," There are plots of the left "until the case broke Mills," Berlusconi has corrupted ", then Alfano is the challenge, so Berlusconi attacked the prosecutor, "The judiciary is a den of Communists", but while the tissues are removed and as a good candidate for the PDL remains Mastella, so you switch to the complaint Franceschini moral inadequacy of the Premier until the children do not complain and then immediately says: "Own goal of Franceschini." A bitch is not it?
Then the foreign press is complaining about why the Italians do not react, but perhaps do not even understand something, maybe not even know what is true and what is false and as soon as we are thinking here comes news of a new ready to confuse the ideas better. Many news and superficial. The policy already it is difficult for people who make it, who follows her home and then what to say?
So I turn to you, dear Italian citizen: you have not yet figured out that politics is not for you? There are football, the showgirls, TV programs and the good life to distract you, politics do not worry, someone has taken the field for us, one that says: "I think Ghe", which is a is done alone, or one to be given control of the situation, that will solve everything, so do not gotta worry about too much of the policy is difficult and complicated. And if this bothers you do not understand the things your not thinking about it, you can not understand everything, many things are alien to human reason, tutto il resto è una questione di fede.

How Do You Wash A Weave

ERASMUS - MONTPELLIER

Appena tornato da Montpellier, Francia del Sud.
Dopo oltre nove mesi all'estero.
It is not a party, the end of Erasmus.
What is a party (in the literal sense of the word) is the entire experience abroad. Whether you are with the students 'native', which is the most popular internationally mobile students like you learn a language almost perfectly, and you do especially at parties and banquets of all kinds. In rooms, apartments, buildings or abandoned if the weather is mild in squares or parks. Approximately every night for nearly three hundred days, I assure you that in the end you feel like a star to play trump (card game ancient tradition of Lombardy Emilia) with family and brothers.
If you decide to leave, the most delicate moment, quello su cui si gioca tutto, è la scelta della destinazione. Questo dovete evitarlo a tutti i costi, anche perchè passare il tempo nell'università that welcomes you to attend classes and maybe a little chat 'with the teachers or students (both are generally sympathetic) has many positive sides.
donate your performance a more technical language, the more specialist which is critical in the university and professional background is in the difference between talk and get to know only one language. You will not go very far by presenting local slangs speaking exams, and also this kind of spoken language evolves too quickly to represent a stable concept and therefore a knowledge of value. In ten years there no one would understand.
You will confront university systems often radically different in good and bad. And I can assure you that as the university systems of Europe can provide positive elements in education that we are missing, return home appreciating more the strength of the Italian university system. The theoretical basis (and more) that we receive, since high school, are often of exceptional quality in comparison to other countries and that is why listening to the work of certain bold Figure Government is there to hear his guts twist, the more you remains abroad, the more you compare with students from all over Europe, the more we realize that in all likelihood, without being perfect, our system of colleges and universities (at least with regard to the universities humanities) is truly the best. This is not in opposition to "better", obviously.
Another reason to stay in universities: even though I think the worst Italian ones, foreign universities have their points of excellence. Maybe in the organization of courses, or in the method they use to complement the practical aspects of theory, painful phase of our local academic culture.
These opportunities take everything you can. It will be good to you, why do not you'll probably never be the same occasion, and will be good to your country, because if ever you will have the responsibility to decide, or recommend, or even just a vote on the improvement universities, you remember what you have lived; know what to defend, and what to improve.
Look at home, from time to time. With On-line newspapers, the radio or other means.
You will see your country as it truly is. Simplified, naked. This unmasking the deceptions the smart, the small provincial truccaggini first there seemed to escape or complex.
deviating from the target, there remain only the general shapes, the contour lines. You will have a unique opportunity to observe the boot as a whole, positive and negative, away from the warp cicaleggianti traffickers dreams. It will be good to you that matches and no doubt will change forever your relationship with H. italicus, with all its petty faults and its immense quality; Is this your new understanding, the system will do just as well that Italy today more than ever needs people prepared who understands the limitations and potential and who has the courage to spend even a better country.

A Judgement? Erasmus is to risk. It means abandoning a life twice, when a party, a come back when. It means seeing everything from a different perspective, and sometimes give vent to your most insane cravings. It means to have fun and learn a lot about the fainting our new nation, Europe, and its old parts. It means sometimes suffering the distance or farewell, and go home with a lots of stories to tell, perhaps to write an article. It means a lot to your resume, and means that you will not be able to think with the same comforting limitations you had before. Forces you to ask questions, and answer. Erasmus
means finally back, and forward. Why can not you at all for you to keep all that you have lived. For better and for worse.

Postscript sentimental, for all those who believe they can start with a stable history behind it. We say: Be careful. As stable, important, your relationship can be strong, as they believe in love, Erasmus will put to the test. You will need to be both very responsible, both very dedicated to the mutual well-being, to pass unharmed. It is one of those classic situations that when you fall for him can only say, "if not kill, strengthens." But if you start with an important relationship, get over backwards to keep it and make sure the partners do the same, otherwise then we weep for him that you lost. From this point of view, you can have a lot of satisfaction in a year abroad, but in all likelihood not create deep relationships. Treat the love, if you have, because Erasmus is often the opposite, as all take without giving, knowing that you live in a system of relations "temporary."

And if you happen except, believe with all my heart.

ELECTIONS FOR WHOM? IPSE DIXIT

I have voted in elections academic and I personally thank all those who have done so, take off the mask of a member of a student group and I forget my preference: I thank all those who voted regardless of their choice.

May 13, for most students was the end of the ordeal after a month of leafleting and gazebos carpet in Largo Gemelli, Gnome Passage, St Agnes and even Morozzo della Rocca! Only for 16.37% of the students was election day. No more elections you have to deal with reality and evaluate what really happened. One truth stands out in those data, almost no one goes to the polls. I brought all my friends, I've talked to all my mates of course (those who attend, of course) and so we all did. We in the Democratic Formica along with all other members of the most diverse student groups have convinced our friends to follow the polls with the badge, "it only takes 2 minutes.

But the others? What happened to all those students that none of us (the cute and noisy caravan of groups) know? For them, nothing happened. So many words and lots of talk about democracy is broken to pieces in front of a paltry 16.37% of turnout. I read this and I wonder what is served as a member of a group I look in the mirror and ask my reflection for what I have committed in recent months? ". I ask myself and I ask you, what these elections are served? Today I would like to speak to all those students with whom I could not talk during the campaign and I ask him why they did not come out to vote.

How many times have we asked ourselves what is it that course in our curriculum? How many times have we wondered why all the calls pile up examination at the end of year? How many times do we just complain about anything? Watching the election results I conclude that I share concerns and advice to our università solo con il ….

Forse esagero io, io che ho visto le persone dei gruppi lavorare in questi mesi cercando di dare il loro contributo (criticabile nei risultati ma non nei mezzi) alla our university, to give importance to academic elections, maybe I just see the world through a lens different from the others, but nobody will convince me that there are not two minutes (there were really 2 minutes) to go to the polling station and choose whom to send in the Faculty Council!

What To Write On A Retirement Cake

ONE SIZE YOUTH PROVINCE

The President strongly wanted to meet young people from Milan, to listen to ideas which have been incorporated fully in the electoral program. Here are four proposals for the province:
-L 'housing: rents are high, especially for college students. The proposal is to establish an agency that rents do match demand and supply, incentives for the legalization of the market and controlling prices, particularly for students.
-The work has to be made priority. Our province is full of excellent, often overlooked. Flexibility is now a reality that should not be confused with the uncertainty. We think in this connection that the expo is an opportunity for the creation of new opportunities that are not only jobs during the event, but rather a job for graduates, researchers, ... It 's also felt the urgency to facilitate the training, particularly to encourage those who can not afford to master ...
-La movida: Milan and the province seem to be a curfew that does not exist in any other European university cities. The proposals consist in increasing the spaces and moments of collective aggregation and the establishment of a transport service at night. We should promote a fun and intelligent drug prohibition.
-Internet: you have to let ideas circulate freely, going beyond the limits and obstacles, often economic, that limit the transmission. The proposal is simple and clear: Wi-Fi network free. These four proposals
answer, at least in part, to the needs of young people. They were created not by the intuition of a "politician", but by comparison and by listening to young people through questionnaires, meetings with the world of associations,
... The attention paid by President Penati and the efforts made by his coalition for reform by in people, methods and content deserve appreciation and a strong reaffirmation. Our city, our province will see strong changes in the territories caused by the opportunity of the Expo e dalle trasformazioni di sistema che deriveranno dalla crisi.

How To Get Rid Of A Heart Murmur With Exercise

With this number of ink begins our journey through the statements that have marked the Second Italian Republic and, alas, also the beginning of what should be the third ... Who could not leave if the President of the Council of Ministers, Mr. Cav. Silvio Berlusconi?

"take to the field of the Italy that works against what chat. Italy against that which produces the waste. Italy which saves against what he steals. Italy against the people of the old parties. Forza Italy to build together a new Italian miracle. "(Quoted in Berlusconi: I fight because it revived the PCI, the Corriere della Sera, January 29, 1994)
" With the reunification of the PDS in PRC has reconstituted the old PCI. The PDS has changed names, changed the symbol, but the secretary, his deputy, the venue and the ideas remain the same. They have a statist mentality. How can they look like when there was no new spending bill in recent years has not been approved with the support or at least abstaining Pci Pds?” (ibidem)
(S. Berlusconi, citato in the Republic, September 5, 2003)
"I never attacked the judges, rather the opposite." (S. Berlusconi, quoted in reforms, revise the agenda Berlusconi "Federalism before justice," the Republic, December 27 2008)
"Who is chosen by the people is like unto the Lord." (S. Berlusconi, of the Republic, November 27, 1994)
"I have never proclaimed this nonsense. To be anointed by the Lord. [...] The men who had responsibility for government in the past were seen as anointed by the Lord. But with the power of government is democracy in the sovereignty of the people, and then we could say that they are anointed by the voters. "(From the radio too; Berlusconi said in wide-ranging reform, pensions go ahead, the Republic, March 9, 2004)
(Referring to some protesters, who addressed him as "fool"), "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." (since the inauguration of New Hall Hospital S. Matteo, Pavia, quoted in the book Berlusconi government "In three more years premier", la Repubblica, March 16, 2004)
We, therefore, a prime minister and decided to clear ... As the sambuca! But we only have these words to conclude this overview of his quotes:
"In politics, people who move, who is inconsistent, is considered a political purpose. I'm not a political end, I am a revolutionary in politica, politicamente scorretto. E me ne vanto.” (dalla trasmissione Porta a Porta; citato in Le promesse di Berlusconi "Meno tasse per tutti dal 2005", la Repubblica, 6 aprile 2004)
